The guys that came were polite and efficient. I did end up needing to purchase a longer exhaust attachment but they early explained why and showed me how the current one wasn't correct. I had no reservations or felt I was being taken advantage of.

They tried to up-sell once they arrived. When I turned that down, They just used the vacuum of a Power Flite portable Capet cleaning machine to vacuum my duct. The length of the hose, which was very long, made such a system ineffective. Would not recommend them. The whole duct cleaning industry needs some cleaning up of itself. Too many dodgy companies!
