I am forced to give them a 0.5 star rating but honestly it should be a zero. Locked my keys in the car the gentleman on the call said he was 30 min away... 2 hours later he doubles the price of what is clearly marked on their website. Being it was getting dark and cold I paid his ransom, figuring I could talk later to a manager the next day... what a Joke! There are no managers in charge they refused all refunds, so instead of paying at most $69 plus and 29 dollar service fee... I paid 120 dollars plus the 29 service fee! So I advise NEVER, EVER Work with this company. Also, something I wish I had notice caught is all their Reviews (that are 5-stars) NONE of them are more recent than 3 YEARS AGO!

Called in the morning and they were there within an hour. Cass was our tech and he called to tell me where he was and how long it would until he would be there. Changed the locks, and cleaned up! Very personable young man.

Josh was knowledgeable and professional. Two different deadbolt locks were done within an hour. Cost was $175 ($29 trip charge, $35 per lock and $75 labor)
