Bob was extremely friendly and reliable. He did a great job with the locks and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

We needed to change the keys for three doors. Safe & Secure was quick and laid-back about the entire process. They also helped out with a door closing mechanism we were having trouble with.

They were flexible, on time and the pricing was reasonable. They also gave me multiple duplicate keys so that I did not have to make them myself.

When I did not get a response in 1/2 hr?, I called the business myself; spoke w/the owner. He explained that he'd seen my request, but was in the middle of something else. He stated that he'd be there--to unlock the car--in 30 mins or less; he was. My son met him at the car--at his place of work--and relayed to me that he was very, very pleased w/the service, recommendations, and expediency with which Robert responded. I was impressed that Robert recommended that if we were AAA members, the cost--or part of it--could be reimbursed. While visiting a friend in Philadelphi, my wife closed an inner door in an old row house when she went out for an eveng walk while her friend was off singing at an event. Coming back from her walk and dinner, my wife found her self locked out with only her cell phone. Her friend couldn't get back from the engagement for hours and she also didn't know where the key to this inner door was. The guys contacted my wife and were able to gain entry without damaging the door or lockset. It took them a while but they were persistent and professional.
