Safe Space Construction

Working with Safe Space Construction was pretty much stellar. Steve consulted with us about what we wanted, made a few suggestions, and gave us estimates for different materials (along with info about the pros and cons of each). The crew came and demolished the old, rotten deck in surprisingly little time, and proceeded to build the new, improved deck. They are all very skilled, and both courteous and personable. We're very happy with the result, and can't wait to start entertaining out there!

We had Steve Abbot and Safe Space Construction replace our back deck. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. They were quite response to any questions we had and were on top of letting us know what was going to be happening when.

We did extensive research when looking to rebuild our deck and stairs. Not only did Steve have the most competitive price, but the time he was willing to take to really talk things through and come out multiple times to scope the project were greatly valued, He really seemed to care and have a more personal approach. Now that the work is done, we are so glad we chose him and his crew. Our deck is so well built, and it looks beautiful. His crew led by Noe were such a pleasure to work with- they are master craftsmen, and were so pleasant and polite, just like everyone we dealt with there including Tiffany, the business manager. I would highly recommend Steve and Safe Space- they do exceptional work at a fair price.

We knew what we wanted but it was only a picture in our mind. We needed someone to make our dream a reality. We had several competitors come over and look at the project but Steve was the only one that responded with an estimate. This showed us he was responsible and would come through for us. The end result is everything that I imagined and more! His crew is also courteous, clean, and they know how to build a solid deck. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

Steve and his crew built the framing for my composite deck and also installed the composite deck I purchased. Steve did all the due diligence to make sure the composite deck that I was purchasing was good quality and that I was buying enough material. I showed him the design that we wanted and the deck turned out exactly like the design. His crew was very diligent and professional and they made sure the finishes were done to the highest quality. My project had a lot of curves that took time and patience and his crew took the time necessary to deliver a wonderful product. Me and my family are very pleased with the end product and the price that was proposed was the most competitive. I would definitely recommend Steve and his crew for any deck project.

The crew worked for 4 days, including the week-end, to remove my old fence and build a new, sturdy, and handsome fence to my specifications. Beautiful workmanship and they left no litter or mess behind.
