Dave was very thorough but quick and efficient. Sat down and went through all finding and recommendations on the report.

Was very thorough, and gave us the results quickly. Took time to walk around the property with us explaining his findings and concerns. We had the report that night! He also performed the inspection the day after we called him. Very respectful & Polite as well. Highly recommend.

Bill was excellent in terms of the quality of work he did and his personality. Very warm and welcoming of any questions. His walk through was very thorough and he explained everything along with showing pictures. His report was very detailed. Very pleased with him and I would recommend him to anyone.

Bill responded to my initial request for information and quote, the same day. Bill More then answered my million questions with a very detailed answer that made sense. Beyond his very down to earth and respectful attitude, he was extremely professional . Our inspection is this coming Sunday. I will do another review at the end of our inspection. We are a mortgage company and after working with a senior for 4 years, we we're coming down to the wire to close the loan. At the last minute, there was a need for a certified professional to go to the house and provide us some detailed data. It was late at night and last minute. Bill stepped up, went above and beyond and performed the service. Not many people/companies would do the same (I can tell you from experience). If you need Bill's services, do not hesitate. Call him and you won't be disappointed!

He did not comment on some of observations a previous home inspector has done in the past (different properties) so we don't know if he neglected to inspect them or just didn't put them in the report.. We believe one point in the report was inaccurate. He didn't greet everybody when we arrived. The report seemed to be written for the perspective of the seller rather than the buyer. Other inspectors also provide a list of suggestions to be done after moving in (changing locks, etc.) which this company doesn't include.

Bill has done another excellent home inspection for us. We are real estate investors and buy fairly often. He does an excellent job of finding items that I miss or my contractors miss. They are very thorough and are not afraid of crawling around in the attic to give great detail in the report. On this inspection the inspector was very diligent and provided us with another detailed report. We rely on those reports many years after purchasing a property. We recently compiled a detailed report on future maintenance for all of our properties. We have used other home inspectors and we found the reports that Bill has done for us to be far superior for information that we needed for this report. Safe & secure is my first choice for home inspectors and the one I refer to everyone that asks.

He was early to the inspection, took the time not only to inspect our new house thoroughly (no rushed feel), but also answered all of our questions as first-time home buyers in a very personable manner. He even inspected the roof despite the rain! Pricing was very reasonable and included all of the work we needed (added radon and pest). His thorough report came as promised later that day, and he answered follow-up questions we had afterward.
