They are located in Concord Ca. They sent two techs to Sacramento to install eight cameras in my home. They completed the work in six hours. The reception is perfect, on the normal and infared camers. I plan to have some more installed. The wires are not showing because they went through the attic, to the moniter. If you have internet they can hook the cameras to your cell phone.

Our previous security company closed and didn't notify its customers. So, on a Saturday morning at 4am we hear an incessant beeping that we couldn't turn off, and we had no one to turn to. Safe & Sound was the only company that could respond immediately. Connor gave us the choice of repairing what we had or installing a new system. The new system actually cost less and has more features so we purchased that. They came out immediately, and the beeping went away. Sanity restored.

The teams that came to install were professional and helpful making sure I could access the software from my cell phone. The only issue was for the follow up to the installation I did not receive a call to schedule.
