Safebound moving and storage got it right. This was my second move with them. They did a great job the first time when used them. So when i was ready to move 100 miles away it made sense to call Safebound moving n storage. My customer services person Nathan, pulled up my records. Nathan kept in contact with me. He made sure I had all the information about my move. The day before the move he called to go over details. 4 men arriving between 10 - 11 am The movers that arrived at my apartment showed -up at 10 a.m. They called 1/2 hour before they arrived. The 4 gentlemen started working after we spoke, communication is key with this company. They worked together like a well oiled machine. When I got to my new home and the four men started unloading the truck nothing was broken. No boxes were crushed. Everything was moved with the most care believe me. I was very happy with this company. I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Safebound. 😃

They are the only one who has taken the time to text me and conversate with me...everyone else is still blowing up my phone tryna get me to talk on the phone

Hibert and Tino from Safebound Movers were awesome. They did a great job packing our place and were very courteous, neat and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!!!

This group did a move for us in one full day vs dragging out into 2 or even 3 days. While a long day it was much better to be able to sleep in our own beds and not have chaos with two little ones for multiple days. We appreciated their professionalism and willingness to work it all into one day. The team leader kept us informed of progress and the team was all very friendly and respectful of our items.

The entire experience was incredibly easy from the very beginning. Everything flowed seamlessly, and the communication was excellent at every step; it felt like the process was handling itself. The packing was done efficiently, and the move went off without a hitch. I felt completely at ease and confident the whole time, making this a truly memorable moving experience!

Quoted $6,900 and on moving day for our move across the state, a Thursday, with the kids’ school starting on Monday, they showed up and said it’s going to be $12k after they apply some discounts. I had no choice. The movers were rude, the estimator, Patric, was radio silent, belongings were damaged, they became impossible to get a hold of, wouldn’t call back or email back, have since blocked me on Facebook for a comment I left on an advertisement I received, never held themselves accountable, paid out shockingly minimal amounts on damaged goods (including a China cabinet) and if you search for the true reviews out there that have been suppressed, you see how often this same treatment occurs.

Had to move from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale and chose Safebound. What I liked most? The price they told me at the start was what I paid. No extra charges or anything. It's nice not having those annoying surprises.
