Safebound Moving & Storage

Safebound contracted with Rigo Movers in Burbank, CA to move a small load across country to Georgia. They did a great job of wrapping and loading our things and the van arrived on time and the driver, Douglas was wonderful unloading and carefully placing all of our boxes and furniture. I highly recommend them.

The worst service experience we have ever had. Absolutely terrible. We hired this company for a Boston-to-Tampa move based on a $3,750 quote. Our final cost was approximately $5,000, with additional charges, including for boxes we disclosed beforehand and were told were fine. We received no paperwork for the move; the only document we received was a pickup receipt. At delivery, we were told the truck was ?too big? to access our apartment, yet the driver never attempted to enter the premise. We were told to rent a U-Haul and transfer our belongings ourselves. Then we were told it would cost another $1,000 for the movers to unload the U-Haul into our apartment complex. We declined, and they left. We had to unload and move everything ourselves. We later discovered broken, damaged, and missing belongings. We paid approximately $5,000 for a cross-country move and still had to move ourselves. Based on our experience, we would never use or recommend this company. Awful customer service.

Do not hire these people. They broke my tv and half of my stuff is missing. This is how they will wrap your tv and the damage that is caused.

Johnny, Jesus, and Tino helped us out on our move. They moved everything super quick with a lot of care. I only have positive things to say. While working they were a bundle of fun. They elevated the whole moving experience to be more than just moving and made it fun too. They’re very personable people and I will definitely be working with them again for my next move. I relocated a 5 thousand square foot beauty supply store. Those guys are absolutely beasts.. they worked for straight 13 hours no kidding hardly took a break for a quick lunch not more than 10 minutes they worked in a very organized way everyone one of them know his part & exactly what to do. Zero damage all my displays & merchandise was moved perfectly Johnny,Jesus,Rolando,Geraldo they are amazing thank you.

Amazing movers! They were on time. There were no hidden fees. Jose and Gimmy moved everything from Port Charlotte to Fort Lauderdale. They were so wonderful. Excellent customer service and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The movers were so efficient, friendly, helpful, kind, and careful with my belongings. I was truly comfortable with the team. They packed my entire apartment up faster than any other company has in the past, and were great at the destination, as well. Nothing was broken. Everything was just as I intended. The men on my moving team deserve bonuses!
