Do NOT Use This Moving Company I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with this moving company. From start to finish, the entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone using their services. It's clear they prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction at every turn. One of the most glaring issues was their complete lack of transparency regarding insurance options. Throughout the entire process, no one bothered to discuss insurance coverage with us. This oversight meant that when our belongings were damaged, we were left without adequate protection or recourse. Furthermore, they employ underhanded tactics during the signing process. They rush you through the paperwork, emphasizing that any delay could result in losing the initial estimate and being subjected to higher charges. This pressure-cooker approach leaves customers feeling coerced and trapped into accepting terms they haven't had time to fully understand or consider. Firstly, the communication from the company was HORRIBLE. They were incredibly unreliable, showing up a 2 hours late without any prior notice or apology. This delayed our move significantly, with the movers not finishing until nearly 11pm, leaving us exhausted and stressed. Promises were made that our belongings would depart the day after pickup, but this turned out to be a blatant lie. Instead, our items stayed in their warehouse for close to a week, causing unnecessary anxiety and inconvenience. Meaning that our stuff were moved around without care more than once. The condition in which our belongings arrived was appalling. Despite labeling numerous boxes as fragile, many arrived destroyed, with items inside damaged beyond repair. Worst of all, our 98â TV, a significant investment costing nearly $6,000, was completely wrecked. The company assured us repeatedly that they would handle it with care, but the reality was starkly different. They sent inadequately prepared personnel, including a skinny individual ill-equipped to handle such a massive TV, weighing close to 200lbs. Predictably, it was mishandled and now is unusable. The box where it was wrapped in didnâ t even have a â FRAGILEâ sign. When we filed a claim for damages, hoping for some form of compensation, the response was insultingly inadequate. They offered a mere $83 for a television that cost thousands of dollars and was completely destroyed due to their negligence. In conclusion, this moving company's incompetence, poor communication, and utter disregard for customer property make them a hazard to anyone looking to relocate safely and securely. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss â steer clear of this company at all costs.
