I recently called Safebuddy to replace a few basement windows, when the worker came to look at the job, he said the windows do not need to be replaced. He said he can repair the window frames and seal everything up. Needless to say I was all for that. After the job was done, all my windows looked like new. The price for the job was very reasonable. I would highly, highly, recommend Safebuddy. The owner of the company called me after the job, to make sure I was happy with everything. They not only saved me money but we’re extremely reliable.

Window Frame Repair Service
Our window fell open and would not stay closed—- in the middle of December! Safebuddy responded quickly and after asking a few questions, gave us a reasonable estimate, given the time—- it was late evening. They were professional—they put on booties over their shoes to keep our floors clean; they were polite and friendly and best of all they fixed our window problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for future window needs.

I didn’t expect to find this high quality window service in NYC! Everything was digitally documented and reported by emails and texts through their system. They were super quick, precise, and honest. They even came in with shoe covers to my apartment without being asked! I decided to replace window screens onsite and they measured and ordered for me and said will return in 2 days for installation, not 2 weeks or 2 months!

They repaired my old wooden framed windows to the best of their ability, while other window repair services had taken one look and ran for the hills. Their technicians worked carefully and precisely to repair the window opening mechanism and to tidy up damage caused by previous window repair companies.
