We called SafeGuard for a quote, and our salesman Gary came to the house to do the measure and provide a quote. Gary was extremely personable, professional and polite. We were quotes a great price and we signed a contract that night. SafeGuard came highly recommended from a great family friend who is as extremely happy with their experience.

The experience I had with Gary was unbelievable inspiring in so many ways. He took his time making sure I understood everything. He didn’t rush or pushed me. Gary, patiently waited for me all day. I had to leave for a doctor’s appointment.
He stuck around waiting for me finish.
I feel very comfortable with Safe Guard. This company has so much to offer not only me, the community and the church I pastor. Gary, reach to me beyond business to help my family, (grandkids). Safe Guard failed two city inspections during my impact window installation because they ignored manufacturer instructions. This caused major delays, wasted time and money, and raised serious safety concerns. Absolutely cannot recommend this company

SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors is a wonderful company to work with. We had them replace a sliding glass door, custom trapezoid window, and our kitchen window. The work was done in a timely manner, everyone we spoke to during the process were very helpful, and we are very satisfied with the final result. Highly recommend.

Overall a great day experience….from the start after the initial call to get a quote to the finished job. They preliminary meeting to find the right windows and negotiate the cost I felt a bit pressure to get me to sign on the first meeting, understandable, yet helped me get a better deal and went ahead ! The crew was on time, clean and very professional.

I decided to do windows and roof with Safeguard and everything went just as Miles told me during the sales process. Since the estimate until the installation was complete, it was a smooth process. Communication was frequent, the office staff kept me informed of every step of the process. The Installers were very profesional with attention to details. I want to thank Miles for the great communication at all times and Juan the installer did a great job too. I will definitely recommend Safeguard to anyone who wants a stress free process.

I?m giving Safeguard one star due to a frustrating and disorganized experience. Trust your instincts?I regret not trusting mine.
The issues began in August when Miles gave us a quote. A few weeks later, I was contacted by George, who took over after Miles went on medical leave. George offered the same price, but when I asked more questions, he became pushy. He pressured me to make a quick decision, which made me uncomfortable. I stopped responding, but a few days later, he texted saying he could no longer honor the original price, which felt like a red flag.
About a month later, I spoke with Jason, and Jeannine apologized for George?s behavior. Paul, the owner, later called to assure us it wouldn?t happen again. We met Paul at the showroom, where he promised our windows and doors would come with screens (important for us) and assured us that all the details would be handled.
Fast forward to January 6?the installation day. The crew was supposed to arrive at 8 a.m., but didn?t show u

Product and service was great. New windows and doors actually really make a difference, especially with outside noise and keeping the air in. I would definitely recommend safeguard to everyone I know and Miles Griggs and the rest of the team was great, especially with communication every step of the way on updates when the products are delivered and everything! Leonardo and Xavier were the two workers that installed the outside garage door and all my windows to hurricane Windows. They did such an excellent job. They left no mess every day when they were finished you never knew they were here. I would have no problem recommending Safe guard to my friends and family as the quality of their work and the quality of the company customer service right from the start when Mr. John Delgado came to the house was a pleasant experience.

There are scammers. They tell you things you want to eat before you sign the contract and after that they change everything on you. It was a nightmare since I have to pay a loan over the next 25 years for things at an exagerate rate. It wasnâ t why they have promised at the beginning. Shame on them.

Your approval for financing was obtained through Dividend Financial, and you signed a contract with them on 10/2/23. The prices quoted during our visit to your home are specifically for the windows and doors you selected and our installation team and services. Any price adjustment is directly related to your financing terms, which are determined solely by your personal credit. Once again, we are not involved in your personal financing. First of all, the 4 stars that were left behind were due to the back end side of communication. I requested my doors have locks for my sliding glass doors from Michael Palmer and that didnâ t happen. Our first visit was EXTREMELY pleasant. I personally felt the communication following that was a bit lacking. I have an odd schedule so I know thatâ s difficult for him but I felt as though once he got my business the service declined. As for the actual installation, Johnny, Adrian, Marcos, Robert, and the one other installer were excellent. Very pleasant to be around. Very very kind I would recommend THEM to ANYONE for any job they all deserve to be paid a premium for their work and their service. I do think they could have done a better job of sectioning off the house. A lot of dust got in which I know is to be expected but it was more than I think it shouldâ ve been. Finally, Alessandro who came to ensure everything was ready for the inspection and make any final changes was by far the most pleasant subcontractor of any kind that I have worked with (and I worked in construction for a year). He was extremely communicative, nice, and did an excellent job of not only getting done what needed to be done but listening to me and making sure I was happy with the service. He asked me if I had any issues or questions and was patient. I believe he should be promoted to some sort of managerial position or honestly even a project manager simply from his communication and how heard I felt. Canâ t say enough good things! Finally, I think you guys should inform customers that the holes punched for the drilling of the doors is not going to be filled in or (better yet) actually just fill them in. I also think hiring a professional painter for the finishing work after a job would be inexpensive and would go a long way for customers. Thank you guys for everything. Regardless of my complaints, I would recommend the service and love my new windows and door!

AMAZING Wow!!! I have been working with 3 of the most professional, clean and poised individuals I have seen in a very long time. I had 2 doors and 12 hurricane windows installed. During my 26 years on active duty military I must say itâ s only been a few individuals Iâ ve met throughout my career with the class of level of these 3 individuals. I must say that I am totally impressed! They were very hard working, clean and neat; their workmanship was out of this world!!! They left my home better than I had it before they came in to work; wow!!! I love my windows and doors Thank you very much for the greatest job over! 5 stars all the way!!!
