This was a great experience from the start to finish, I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. All the different crews did an outstanding job. We had leaks and as soon as the permits came through they were there to get my roof dried in. They gave me a timeline and they were right on schedule. Several of my neighbors have been getting their roofs replaced but Safeguard was more efficient their replacement. Thanks again to John and his crews!

Safeguard was very easy to work with. The roofers did a great job replacing my roof and cleaned up after each day they worked. The roof looks great. Biggest problem was the time the city took to get us the permit to start the work. I would recommend them for your roofing project. The sale rep, customer service team and project supervisor were easy to work with as well.

Overall was a very good experience. They have a perfect system different crews for different steps. As soon as inspections were done they came back for the next step in the process. If I had to complain about something which is quite minor would be when they use some of the tools they spilled some oil and made two oil stains on my sidewalk. And I know they say the first layer of 30 tarpaper makes the roof waterproof, that was not the case with me. It rained very very hard (like hurricane rain) and I did have a minor leak which left a stain on my ceiling. They did came back right away to apply more tar in some sections. It did the trick and didnâ t leak an more during the week waiting for hot mopping and second 90 paper application.

This was my first experience working with a project of this size in Florida (I'm from CT). It's a big undertaking. First thing I will tell you is stay in touch with the office staff. Don't assume anything. Don't expect this project to go 1, 2, 3 like a marching band. Tile and other materials are in short supply and your wait time for tile can be quite long. Certainly not Safeguards fault. Read your contract completely so you understand every step of the project, from down payments to final payments and how the project will be executed. I had a few problems with the office staff, but as the project went along and the heat was on they stepped up and did a great job. These girls in the office have a tough job. It's not easy trying to satisfy each individual. Keep all your email correspondence. You may need to refer to it Have reasonable expectations. It was tough for me since we are seasonal here and were working on a time frame. John Williams, the owner makes himself available to you if you have issues. I spoke with Mr. Williams and it turned out to be a very beneficial call for me. He put me at ease with things MOST IMPOTANT: THE WORKERS ARE JUST THE BEST. NEAT, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. I BELIEVE SAFEGUARD INSTALLS THE BEST ROOF AVAILABLE. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBOR WHO HAS SIGNED ON WITH THEM I only gave them a 4.5 star overall rating simply because of some rough patches in the early stages. A good friend of mine once told me satisfaction is matter of expectations. Perhaps my expectations were a bit high.

These Guys aren't Professionals, SafeGuard Roofers are Above and Beyond Professional !! We had our Roof Removed and New Roof installed... These guys are Super Clean, Coordinated, Fast and Simply Said Awesome!!! A crew of 13 showed up to tear down the roof and install first Layer of paper. They work like a crew of Army Ants... Amazingly Impressive! At the end of the day - 8 hours later, you would have never known they were on your roof or on your property!!! Best I have ever seen in this business!!

Starting from the beginning Jay Klein, John Williams and Sylvia were always tried to please me to always make me happy. Gerline was a pleasure to work with her as well. Sylvia always answered all my calls and help me with all the questions i had., Always called me when she said she will call. Sylvia explained every step of the process during the beginning to the end of my roof installation, she even sent the Junior back to do some caulking repair. So far, I'm very happy with my roof. Will be sending my last payment tomorrow and they will be sending my 10 years guaranty. Thank you, guys, from Safeguard Roofing. Outstanding job starting with our initial contact with Scott Malone in sales . He followed us thru the entire process and was there for us to answer questions all the way thru completion and final inspection. ( rarely found these days ) . The roof looks amazing! Since then we have referred 2 new clients who are extremely pleased as well , job well done !
