This is my first roof cleaning. Our roof was streaked with black mold and looked terrible. Found out that the real cause of a moldy shingle roof is that some shingles are made cheaper by using a combination of asphalt and fiberglass. We purchased our home when it was 8 years old so we did not pick the quality of shingle. Anyway, shingles made with 100% asphalt will not get the mold that shingles made from both asphalt and fiberglass. Safeguard Soft Wash did a very good job of cleaning our roof. The trick here is to NOT use a pressure washer or you will remove a lot of the aggregate which will shorten the life of the shingles. When the job was done I looked into a gutter and found just a minute amount of aggregate. Clean roof , very little lost aggregate, a job well done. I highly recommend them.

Very professional, knowledgeable. Any question I had was answered. After the job was completed, I had absolutely no clean up. They took care of it all. I would highly recommend them!
