Dale did mold testing for my parents home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we got the results back so quickly. I could not recommend him more, we will absolutely be using his services again in the future!

I have used Safer Building Solutions for 3 jobs so far. A pretty decent mold issue, another was a mold crawl space concern, & smoke remediation. Each time they were very fast to review the issue and come up with a plan of action for my clients. They also did not ring alarm bells but delivered the news with calm that puts people at ease. I would happily use them again and again.

While we ultimately did not need remediation services, I highly recommend Safer Building Solutions for their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine desire to help solve the problem. Water was pooling on our basement floor from an unknown source, and after a plumber was unable to identify the origin, we were referred to a remediation company. Dale Frank and Jerry Ryan from Safer Building Solutions came out on a Saturday morning and spent a significant amount of time investigating the source and walking us through possible causes. Once the leak was identified, they were honest in explaining that we would be better served by a leak detection company and/or working with insurance. Their integrity and professionalism are rare, and they are exactly the kind of people we would want handling a serious remediation issue in our home.

Their remediation work was top-tier: the crew was meticulous, respectful of our property, and followed strict safety protocols every step of the way. They used eco-friendly solutions, contained the affected areas perfectly, removed all the mold, and even addressed underlying moisture issues to prevent future problems. The entire process was completed efficiently and on schedule, leaving our home smelling fresh, and—most importantly—feeling truly safe and healthy for my family again. Communication was outstanding throughout, with clear updates and a genuine caring attitude from everyone involved.

This is a great company! They did a complete clean up of our condominium basement after a major sewer breakdown. Dale and Cory were an extremely caring and thorough team. When I bought this old house (1961) the house had mold in the crawl space and the living area smelled dense. Dale and Cory customized the treatment plan to minimize not just the mold but any potential health hazard for me. They knew I was nervous about this old house and offered to come over again right before I moved in. Thanks to their amazing work, I feel a lot more comfortable with the house; and I know who to call for when I feel I need a boost of air quality! Dales treats customers with care and patience. If you are as nervous as I am, knowing the quality of service varies so much out there, give Dale a call and let him take care of you and your house.

Dale is very helpful and knowledgeable. Several folks in our office were having allergy issues, so we felt we needed to see what the air quality was like to see what we could do to make it easier on everyone. Dale came out to do the testing within a couple of days of me calling to schedule it. He was very thorough explaining the process. We received the results within a week and Dale went through each page of the report with me. He made sure I understood what the results meant and how it effects us. I highly recommend Safer Building Solutions. Actually, I plan to hire them to test the air quality in my home.

Excellent team that removed attic mold, replaced new installation and water damaged popcorn ceilings to smooth ones. Cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship and all the crew, very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely hire again!
