Alex was able to repair my garage door opener quickly and the quality of his work looks good. He replaced two cables and realigned one of the wheels that wasn’t on the track correctly. It was all done within an hour. I’m quite pleased.

Angi sent this contractor but they said they never honored the online price. So I have to pay a higher price to get the job done. Worse is I have no way to cancel the original appointment online. I called in but the service rep just dropped my call. I waited for the appointment day and a contractor reached out I told him the job was done. But after a couple of days, Angi charged me for the appointment anyway. Really bad user experience and web portal design. It is almost impossible for users to make changes to appointments and cancel their membership.
