Spent the time to explained things. Followed up with a text and email asking if I had any questions/concern. Even offered some ideas of solutions for some issues.

Robert maintained communication via text messaging - he was running late on the day of our late afternoon appointment. He contacted us and asked if we could reschedule, which we did. On the rescheduled appointment date, he confirmed that the appointment time was still good, and arrived a bit early, which was great. He completed the work within the estimated time he provided earlier with the cost estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the various types of molds and made recommendations on what a contractor would probably need to do once we confirm the type of mold in our situation. I highly recommend Robert and would use his services again.
