Riley and his crew did an amazing job on my fireplace chimney and hot water heater exhaust chimney. I just bought the house and knew work was needed on the chimney before winter. They did a great job, were friendly and professional. Riley explained everything they were doing and why. This is the second time I have used Safeway Chimney Sweeps and would call them again if ever I needed to. I highly recommend Riley and his crew.

HomeAdvisor recommended this company, and they are wonderful! I had researched other companies and was surprised at Safeways low price. They arrived within the timed window, and called before they arrived. Kyle was neat, clean, efficient, fast, and helpful! He did a better job than I had had in the past from other companies, and I told him so. Kyle was also a sweet, friendly, yet very professional young man. I asked him to put a new bird deterrent cover on the outside vent, that I had already purchased, along with screws that I had purchased, and he was also very proficient with this, and did not complain, or seem annoyed at all! I totally expected to be charged for this, but he did not add to the price at all. He was in and out in no time, and my dryer is drying faster already, with a nice clean vent. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend!

The staff were quick to respond to my inquiry, and were able to quickly set up an appointment upon my request. The person who completed our inspection arrived promptly and completed the work thoroughly. I only wish he had cleaned up after himself a little more (left some dust from his equipment on our floor).
