Knowledgable.,,,I had another company come before them and that did nothing. Rolling Stream took apart my softener, checked the mechanism, and the water purity. Gave me a choice of doing partial work or getting new softener. They spent time checking my salt for a bridge, the rust tank, and the gears on the softener. I opted for a new tank . They were very good at their job. Very nice to senior citizens, Did not treat me like a dummy. Great job.

"Sorry you feel that way. We do strive to continue our education on all water treatment appliances. At times, we do encounter an off the wall brand and even our clients know nothing about it, they just look at the initial cost of the item, buy it and then realize they will need someone to install it and be there for service and replacement filters. Things the average homeowner doesn't think of before an actual purchase. The "value" only received 2 stars yet customer service was 4.5. Thank you for your comments! We appreciate our customers and look forward to being of service to you again when it is time to change your filters."
