Mike @ Sage did a very good job advising me about the well I should drill and then drilling it. His price was in line with other bids I received. His responsiveness was good. He explained the process and anticipated well the needs of the job (e.g., casing). I would recommend Sage Drilling for a new well, and I am confident that Sage also could help well with well and pump repairs.

Called Sage Drilling a few times asked me for pictures & said I needed a complete well drilling & wouldn?t be held responsible?..so after a few pricey quotes I called HEWETTS Well & said at that time was too busy but would be able to take a look at the pump on Monday?it was Friday that day ? well after a few more we?ll companies without a decent yes ..HEWETTS called back that Monday& said he?d replace & service the pump & gave me a price that was agreed upon ?Great job ,great price & job well done !!! I was losing my hopes. On getting this pump replaced ?Thanks to HEWETTS I have everything back in working order & no bulls?t involved ? Ed Santiago

Sage showed up initially to repair pump. Three days later pump stopped working. I had to keep calling to get up with him. He told me how to go and try to unstick valve so it would work. It still wouldnt work for me. I tried and one day pump finally started working. His worker cracked the new pressure gauge but they put it on anyway. I asked for it to be replaced since I had paid for a new gauge. Later, at a relatives house, he gave a new gauge to my wife to bring home. She told him I could not replace it due to sight issues and he said he would swing by when in the area and replace. Its been a week and he hasnt shown. I recommended him to a family member to put in a well. He did not show up when he had said he would. And one day he called and brought his well equipment by. I went over that am when he was to show but he did not show until early afternoon. The price my relative was quoted initially was $2500, then to $2700, and finally $3000. Were still waiting for him to put the gauge on.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them for anyone. My well is operating like a new one.

Sage responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, worked the job into a busy schedule and were fair on price. They explain the work, and are kind and respectful. This was a semi-emergency. I highly recommend them.

Mike was not able to show up when he was expected, but called and said he would send someone. The next day there was a guy that came and fixed my problem quickly, and did not try to price gouge me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reputable company. Mike is # 1.

a little pricey for what they did but the problem was fixed

After a rocky couple of weeks with miscommunications with Mike, he came through and fixed the problem I was having with my irrigation system, which I thought was due to them nicking the wiring when they were repairing the well. Seems that Mike is under lots of different stressors right now, as well as am I. But he did get it fixed and did a good job preparing my well as well!

Michael Sage arrived quickly, assessed the problem with the pump, and discussed possible corrections. He was really knowledgeable, and was efficient and thorough in the repair. I’d hire Sage again.

Didn't get the old pump out of the well, and it cost a bit more than we were expecting or the service that was done. The amount they were quoting for a new well was way too much :(

Mike returned my calls promptly and arranged to work around my tight schedule. He did a great job of retro-fitting a new well pump for me as well as tracking down and isolating a leak. Got my system back up and running just in time before I had to leave the property for awhile. Thanks Mike!
