Day 2 of work, no show. Day 3 still a no show, I had to call him to find out why. Lastly, the contractor demanded cash on the last day, even though I paid him checks twice previously, as agreed upon. Poor communication skills, unprofessional.

Sailo had the lowest bid by far. They had a very uneven yard to work with and did a decent job. However, the workmanship is not the quality you would get from the more expensive contractors. The patio is more uneven than I had hoped. I also expected that they would leave the yard in as much of the condition that they found it as possible. We are left with a huge muddy landscaping repair job where they over-measured and dug out our lawn, and a retaining wall to fix after they backed into it. The crew left their trash daily which we had to clean up. On a positive note, the crew showed up as scheduled and on time. They were only a no show once after the concrete was poured and the job was paid for. I would recommend them only if you are looking for a cheap basic patio job.

He was always on time and his crew worked hard. I m very happy with the end product and I recommend him on any concrete project.

Sai, owner of Sailo Concrete, was very proactive and sincere in following up on my request through HomeAdvisor. He was the first to contact me and was able to schedule the time to come over to my house to understand the work needed and provided a quote on the spot. His team was able to start the job the next working day and they were very efficient in clearing out the area and installing the formation for the concrete. Sai and his team did a great job, quality work at a reasonable price. When the concrete has settled, he and his team came back to clear out all the old concrete, grass patches and tree that were removed from the area, making sure that work is completed and cleaned up. I would hire Sai and his team again if I have more concrete work to do.

Sailo great customer service and good work. Bid on the spot, started work the next day. Brought a crew of two to complete the job. Great price and quality of work. I would hire Sailo again.

The sidewalk replacement project was completed on time and within budget, workmanship was good.

Do project before the fall.

I hired Sal to pour concrete pad for a hot tub and new concrete patio with flag stones. From quote to the actual work the process was easy and seamless. The crew was efficient professional & organized. They finished the job in a timely manner and on budget. The jobsite was tidied up nicely in the end. I would hire Sailo concrete in the future and I highly recommend them for any concrete work you might be considering.

My cement driveway turned into a work of art. I can hardly wait for the cement to dry so I can use my new driveway. My old driveway was deteriorating due to water collecting for decades on the lower section. Today there is a drain in that area which will prevent future damage. The other sections of the new driveway are dramatically designed.

It rained the day we were supposed to pour concrete. He called to let me know it had to be delayed (this is good) and scheduled the follow-up for Saturday. The project was small and it was done well, came out better than I expected. I would hire them again.
