"I don't know, I really have taken some time and thought about my reply to this vitriolic review, Everyone has their own side, and I respect Ms. Megan opinion. Took me a whopping 2 days to schedule, come out with an estimate. Which most people think is darn good and reasonable. BUT, this job was weird from the get go... Initially, it was just to replace some trim and a door jam and door sill. She didn't know when/or what time she would be available to facilitate me doing this work. Then, there was someone. Then... well while we are at it can you do this also? By the time we were done ( a week or so later) with the entirety of the work and what she wanted to be done estimated and finalized... I had been to HD 3 times, 3 times to her place for measurements for the newest work (even her Mom and I were on a 1st name basis by this point) because of ALL of the changes...I really don't know how more accommodating and cognizant of what she wanted to be done that I could do to help her. This was a simple replacing of door jams and setting a door sill. 5 minutes on youtube and she could have done this herself. To say I'm unprofessional? That is unjustly mean and cruel... For a bargain basement charge that I was going to charge her for a positive review as one of my first HomeAdvisor clients? I HAVE ACTUALLY FRAMED HER REVIEW TO TEACH ME THE LESSON OF BEING TOO NICE."
