Kristen is helping me declutter and organize my house, and I am so happy I found her! She cleans and declutters when I cannot do much physically, and she helps me decide what to keep and what to let go of when I'm stuck. It has been 3 years since we started (we usually do one session every few months)and my living spaces are clutter free! I'm looking forward to decluttering and organizing the rest of the house with her. And her price is very reasonable. I highly recommend her service!

Kristen was fantastic! I always like to hire people first before referring them out to my own real estate clients to make sure that they meet my expectations as well, and Kristen did just that. Kristen is very of course...organized...and she is very non-judgemental and compassionate while at the same time solid enough in her approach to help the client with their goals. She was incredibly helpful with my project, and she really went above and beyond for one of my sellers. The job was very labor intensive as well as emotionally challenging at times for the clients, and she handled it with grace and skill. They loved the end result so much, they are hiring her to come to their new home ...in another state! Highly recommend.

Torri was hired to perform a move-out cleaning for us, but her promises were misleading from the start. Despite assuring us that two people would tackle the job within a few weeks, she messaged saying she would handle it alone and guaranteed she would make the house look brand new, urging us not to worry. However, the results were far from satisfactory. Notably, she neglected essential tasks like cleaning inside appliances, stating it wasn't part of her service, which was surprising given the nature of a move-out clean. Additionally, her suggestion that the new tenant would likely clean again anyway seemed dismissive of our expectations. Despite only needing vacuuming outside, Torri lacked the necessary extension cord, offering a flimsy excuse and ultimately failing to deliver on the task. Even after claiming completion, upon inspection, it was evident that many areas were untouched, including noticeable marks in the bathroom and neglected cabinets. Feeling embarrassed to point out these oversights, I had to interrupt my husband's busy schedule to rectify the situation, leaving him understandably upset. Furthermore, Torri's lack of flexibility and honesty only added to the frustration. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience, leaving us questioning her professionalism and attention to detail.

I loved that they tailored their organizing technique to what works for me in my home. Tara organized my bathroom 3 months ago and it still looks the same today!!
