SAL PERSONALLY RESOLVED THE BILLING ISSUES TO MY SATISFACTION.
Response by Sal's Heating and Cooling, Inc.: Walter, You called us on a Sunday, it was fixed on a Sunday. It took us 20 minutes to fix it because of our training and knowledge which also gave you the knowledge to think you may find the cost of the factory authorized part on the internet. I assume after the fact which is what you paid for. We don't Rip people off but we do protect our reputation especially when the customers make libelous claims. Please don't recommend us to anyone you know including your ENEMY as it is best to not do business. Sal's

The quoted price didn't match the price once the job was completed.
Response by Sal's Heating and Cooling, Inc.: Tom, This is most likely because you needed code upgrades to pass inspections with your city. We advise of all of this when quoting and before installing with upfront pricing and you must have approved it. It is impossible to know if your water heater is just a swap out replacement or if a DIY person did not install the prior water heater properly. Thanks for the purchase but we are disappointed with this review. Sal Sidoti President.

Milked the job.Went missing for 45 minutes witnessed both men asleep in truck.
Response by Sal's Heating and Cooling, Inc.: We will be looking into this today. Without a good description, difficult to verify. Both Men sleeping dont make sense to me. Update, Spoke to this person and I think he is mistaken as this work was done 12 years ago. The men did quite of bit of work here and deny sleeping in the truck. I have never heard a claim like this and is boarder line ridiculous. Sal
