I called Salt City Plumbing for a second opinion on a water pressure issue for my parents. Payton was absolutely phenomenal - saved literally thousands of dollars by correctly diagnosing the problem, provided options and very competitive rates. Extraordinary service, a great person, and incredibly competent. I will never use anyone else. Highly highly recommended.

Can't say enough about what a great job Payton did for us!! I had previously had at least 4-5 other plumbers take a look at the problem, and the estimates went from ripping out my basement ceiling and almost $7000, to simply replacing piping to my kitchen sink (almost $5000)!! Payton came up with an entirely different approach! He finished the work in a couple of hours, tearing out nothing, and the final bill was less than $2500!! He finished replacing some valves and a faulty faucet, and installed a carbon filter at the hot water heater quickly, and was done!! Everything works perfectly, and I can't say enough about him personally. He was awesome! I won't be going anywhere else for plumbing problems in the future!! If you need plumbing work, no matter how complicated it seems? Only one place to call in my book. Salt City Plumbing is the best, and Payton was amazing. Would give more than 5*s if I could!!

Salt City's techs, Devon and Tommy, we're great to work with. They showed up right on time to upgrade our home with a more effecient and cost effective AC! They were professional and respectful when working around our home and in our personal spaces. Unfortunately, our project turned out to be more difficult than they had anticipated but despite their frustration, they maintained great attitudes and clearly communicated the difficulties that they were encountering. Despite the obstacles, these guys just kept grinding and even stayed late to get it finished. On the day before a holiday, no less! I can't say enough about how impressed I was with these people. 10/10 experience and now or house is much cooler!

Paul, the owner of the company, met with me a couple of times to discuss the options I had. My 90-year-old sewer line was replaced by "bursting." His subcontractors were all friendly and excellent workers. I would happily recommend Salt City to anyone needing sewer repair.
