Paul, the owner of the company, met with me a couple of times to discuss the options I had. My 90-year-old sewer line was replaced by "bursting." His subcontractors were all friendly and excellent workers. I would happily recommend Salt City to anyone needing sewer repair.

Within 24 hours of reaching out to Salt City Plumbing I was contacted by David (Dave), given an estimate for a job, and the job was completed upon my request. Dave took on this job without hesitation even though it required squeezing into a rather tight crawl space underneath a home to replace a hose bib. I will not hesitate to return to Salt City Plumbing next time I am in need of a good plumber!

Plumber Technician Bryan arrived early, courteous and professional. His plumbing work on dual valve replacement was quick and superb. High marks for cleanliness and efficiency. I will use Salt City Plumbing again solely on Bryan's work. He invoiced appropriately and I felt he was an absolute expert. Made my small issue go away effortlessly :)

We had them put in a gas line for stovetop and fireplace conversion. While we had issues getting the fireplace line in. There was a cost overrun. They worked with us to share the cost. I got a call from them also offer to fix our drywall, since it was more extensive. This was not included in the price, but I appreciate the call and offer.

I called Salt City Plumbing on a Saturday at 3PM to request a replacement for a water heater. I spoke with Josh Fuit and he immediately dispatched David Lloyd to pick up a water heater from Standard Plumbing. Mr Lloyd arrived at my house within one hour! Mr. Lloyd finished installing the new water heater in about an hour. I m so impressed with Salt City Plumbing s quick response to my initial phone call. Mr Lloyd arrived at my house wearing a mask and gloves due to Covid19. You ll be very pleased with Salt City Plumbing.

They were able to come out the day after I called and give me an estimate. They would have done the work that afternoon but we decided to it the next business day. They arrived at the times we agreed to. I have saved their number in my phone. I would definitely use them again.
