I needed a sprinkler system installed. Richard called me right after placing my request. He came and measured and the next day I had a sprinkler system. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company.

Great service. Rich called me immediately after I submitted the request. The appointment was scheduled for the next morning. I thought the repair was going to involve replacing the sprinkler control panel. Rich traced the problem to a gummed-up wiring connection. Way easier/cheaper to fix. Highly recommended.

They did a great job on fixing my air conditioner

Did not catch the name of the guy that cut part of the tree overhanging a cable line. Thought price was too much, but after seeing him fighting the branches, I was glad I hired him. Great job clearing out limbs and branches looking to take out my cable and power lines. Great job cleaning it up too...

I was NOT impressed with the fact that they gave me a handwritten receipt with no printed company information on it. I greatly disliked the fact that I gave him a cashier's check made out to his so-called business, and that his bank would not accept it because he had NO business account. So I had to meet him at my bank and have the check redone, and put in his personal name. I also questioned that he was a licensed and insured contractor. Which he got angry with me over. He stated that it did not matter to him, that he was only going to have the business for another month or so. But if I wanted he would go get the license and insured paperwork. I highly doubt that this was possible. I would like to have seen the documents, however, he or I did not have the time to wait for him to go back to Harriman to retrieve said papers. I have no idea if the work that was done will be warranted if something goes wrong. Or even if the phone number will still be active in the near future. Good luck to anyone who uses this business. On a positive note. He did do the required repairs in a timely manner.

Good company that charged a fair price for their service. The Job was accepted & the next day it was completed to my satisfaction.

While the individual who did the work seemed to know what they were doing they were very NOT personable. When a potential problem manifested itself with my sprinkler system, there was no input as to what I could do about it. Either with them or someone else.

Richard came out to inspect our sprinklers and front door. He’s very nice and knows his stuff. There was no work done because our sprinklers work fine and our door just needs a very simple fix that I can do. He’s dependable and thinks more about his customers.
