Eric and Axel were outstanding. They called and came out to see job yesterday afternoon, check availability of gas heater needed to fit space and came out this morning before 8. They also changed out leaking ABS drain pipes in the same utility closet, reconfiguring for better access to all pipes and equipment. Entire job done in 1 1/2 hours including having to lift water heaters over the furnace. Amazing! Also saved me over $2000.00 that my home warranty quoted me. Eric was very polite, reassuring and honest with this 73 year old widow who had been a week without hot water and crying about the warranty plumber demanding cash and upping out of pocket costs each phone call. Eric from Salt Life Plumbing answered our holiday emergency plumbing issue. Came out the same day, snaked the clog and scoped the main pipe out for damage. In fact, our clog was due to a break (large crack) probably damaged where someone had dug previous to our purchasing of the home. Eric showed me the damage as seen from the camera. I hired him to dig up the pipe and repair it. Since it was directly under a bush, they removed that as well without harm so that I can replant it. I was not charged holiday prices and Eric only performed exactly what was needed to clear the problem and in the process we both identified the needed further repair. Every other plumbing company we had checked with had to schedule us in, which it was Thanksgiving so I understood. Luckily, this company was able to respond immediately. Other companies immediately defaulted to significant costs without even seeing it. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his company & highly recommend them.

Erik was an excellent technician. He communicated very well throughout the entire process, and our job to replace a hot water heater was complete within 24 hours of submitting it to Angi.

Erik showed up earlier than promised, pressure tested our lines and found a second previously undetected leak in our propane line, repaired the leak for a fair price, and helped my husband and I decide between a traditional hot water heater and a tankless one. He worked with photos we provided of available drains and was able to install the tankless water heater over New Years within one day. He was pleasant to work with and kept me apprised of everything that was happening. He dealt directly with the Amerigas people so I didn’t have to be the middleman. I would recommend this courteous young man to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced. It was strange being called “ Miss first name “ instead of “ Mrs. Surname” but that was more of a cultural thing. He was clearly doing his absolute best to be polite and helpful.

Very satisfied with the job. We talked on the phone, I got an estimate, sent some pictures, set up a time for the work. Installers arrived on time and finished the job in a little over an hour. Excellent work, personable people, glad I now have a plumber to call on should a service be needed.

Erik Hernandez did an amazing job removing my pedestal sink and installing a new one. He was so professional and efficient. He went above and beyond by customizing the cabinet when it did not fit properly due to my mistake in measuring. He is very courteous and conscientious. I highly recommend hiring Erik for any plumbing or heating installation. I will definitely be calling him when it is time for my next project.

The job was done quickly within the estimated price and the crew cleaned up afterwards and disposed of the old fixture. All in all a job not just well done but extremely well done.i have used this team an other time since the hot water heater. Large job on house renovation, meant to keep. Copper to PEX throughout home, 2 levels. Relocated existing lines for new layout, including water heater to garage. Timely. Professional. Reasonable. Communicated well whenever obstacles popped up! Would for sure recommend on your project.
