The foundation company ended up making repairs that couldn't be accessed and were unsafe for a variety of reasons. Zak, Justin, and the SALT team were thorough, responsive, honest, and incredibly generous with their time. They went above and beyond to help investigate it, explain everything clearly, and make sure the final solution was safe and completed correctly. What impressed me most was their integrity. They visited the property twice and spent hours of their time working on unraveling the issues caused by the foundation company, even without and obligation to do so.
