Slow progress

They were very professional company.The owner is very knowledgeable and helped us decide what would work best for our yard when he came out meet with us. It turned out looking better than we had imagined it to be. We certainly recommend them for anyone who is looking to have a fence installed.

They do terrible quality work as I have close to 300 warped pickets, poorly cut posts, missing post, loose trim, loose pickets, misaligned gates, trash left in my yard, and damage done to my lawn. I gave them ample opportunities to fix multiple issues immediately after completion but they either did not show up, didn’t complete the work, and stole material I paid for and this was over a month after completion and my being patient and understanding of all of the excuses. The owner David is very unprofessional, rude, a liar, and a coward. He made a verbal agreement with me to make things right but had his wife/warranty admin back out of that agreement, asking for more money after I contacted David to confirm the time the work would begin the next day. I had to have the dispute arbitrated and it was ruled in my favor due to the terrible quality job and incorrect build as well as damages done to my lawn. He has yet to pay me per the ruling of the arbitration. Take my word and stay away from this unprofessional business as they talk a good game to get your business but after they receive payment, they couldn’t care less about you. I had to learn the hard way as I have a poor quality fence and a messed up yard that David has yet to correct, even after arbitration hearing results ruled in my favor. Until he pays me, wherever he decides to advertise his business, I will be sure to let the world know not to ever trust doing business with SaltWater Fences.
