From the initiation of my inquiry call, till the service was completed... performance time-frame = excellent. Field representatives performance, no doodling around or performing unnecessary tasks = excellent. I do think that since I was able to provide as much documentation - they did not need to go off property for or file / update any new documentation... that a deeper discount could have been applied.
