These guys came on Christmas Eve to fix an emergency clog in our kitchen sink that led to a ton of water overflowing into our kitchen and living room floors. It was an incredibly stressful situation that could have led to horrible damage to the flooring and apartment, but they solved the problem quickly, and they were extremely helpful. They were at our apt within 3 hours of us calling on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend.

In the past, I’ve relied on the Home Advisor website to find reliable and professional assistance. On January 31, 2018, I experienced a water/sewer emergency at 9 pm! Luckily, Sal answered my call, he came a little after midnight and used a snake to unclog the main sewer line. The issue turned out to be more than just a simple and small clog. We agreed that I should make additional phone calls and would scheduled a follow up appointment to get the main water line further inspected. In addition to the great customer services he provided, he also guided and informed me on who to call, in case I had insurance coverage through my water company and/or home insurance— in case it would save me any additional out of pocket expenses! Finally, his pricing is fair, and I don’t know many professionals who would come over right after midnight on New Year’s Eve! Update January 2, 2019: Sal, came to the rescue again. After confirming I had no service line protection through DEP or coverage under my Homeowners Insurance, I called Sal. He came over within 2-hours of my phone call. Sal and his crew removed the blockage from the main sewer line, with the use of a snake to create some clearance, a camera was then used to see the cause of the blockage. A large chuck of grease (and God-knows-what-else!) was blocking the sewer line, an air & water pressure device was used to remove the blockage and the problem was solved! Again, Sal has excellent customer service, is knowledgeable, reliable, and is price conscious/affordable. He gets the job done! He’s officially our plumber. We have another pipe that needs replacing and scheduled him for this repair. Do yourself a favor, and hire Sal for your plumbing needs. You won’t regret it! —Sunset Park Resident
