Contacted Saltwater Electric after receiving a letter from our homeowner's insurance company requiring us to change our Federal Pacific breaker box or our coverage would be cancelled in 30 days. Roger showed up later that afternoon, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why our panel was dangerous. He quoted us what we believed to be an extremely reasonable price for the amount of work required. He was able to schedule the job that week and completed it with minimum downtime. Upon completion, the area was cleaned thoroughly and even looked better than before he arrived. Overall a 5-star experience and would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work. Veteran owned AND local mom and pop make it even better.

"NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED FOR Mr Salatares. Mr Salatares has blamed our firm for the City of Palm Coast delaying the issuance of his permit. We were in contact with him several times a week updating him. When he threatened us with attorneys we refunded his deposit in full."

I hired them and from the biginning of the project it was excuse after excuse about showing up. Next was the price. The price quoted turned out to be double. Then he wired things wrong and in fact one of our new machines had it's on/off box melt from overheating. On top of that we still have problems with the work he did. Bottom line is it seems that he doesn't know what he's doing.

The sort of customer that contracts you for work in Aug '17, ask you out to quote additional work and then refer you to a business neighbor as a "reliable and trustworthy electrician" Sept '17, contract you to perform the additional work Oct '17 and then suddenly without warning write a negative review on you the same month he contracted the additional work because your scheduling after Hurricane Irma prioritizing residential hurricane victims without power before adding new circuits in a warehouse was unacceptable to him. I am disappointed Perry is now unsatisfied, 2 months after his work was completed, after referring us to others, after asking us to quote and then agree for us to do additional work. Kindly read our other 105 reviews for a more fair and honest assessment of our company, our principals and our staff. Thank you for reading."

Returned phone calls right away and were professional. Roger was available to do work within less than a week's time. He was efficient, courteous and did great work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Saltwater Electric for future projects and would highly recommend them.

Returned phone calls promptly, called to tell us status of appointment time, showed up on time and a better price by hundreds of dollars than bid from one of the "big name" companies. Customer service is important to us and Saltwater demonstrated they know what customer service is.
