Wood Stairs and Railings Repair
Mr. Salvador Gallo has been paid in full and now has failed to complete the work and keeps making appointment dates and then is a **NO SHOW** every time. The stairs partially finished have not been waterproofed, the gaps between the steps are not closed its missing wood, the bottom step is too high and my daughter fell ( it should be another step at the bottom) nor did he remove all the old wood he left in my front and backyard. The contract agreement states a list of repairs that Salvador Gallo DID NOT FINISH, and he just partially finished the job. I`m very displeased with this situation and would like it rectified ASAP. I will never pay in advance before the work is fully completed. Update: Salvador texted me upset about his 1 Star review and has refused to finish the job. I will be filing a BBB complaint against his company. He is not reliable and needs to be professional and concerned about his customers before and during the process of his work. PLEASE do not use the contractor ever.

"I had an accident and broke my ankle and the customer was notified about it plus son, crash into my truck and mess up the transmission, so was a couple of issues where appointments were changing, this was never intentionally, I did an extra job where the homeowner did not accept to pay, for finish wood treatment supposed to wait two weeks! The current deck on the front porch is not level and the homeowner did not want to fix that issue so my stair has to be level and not like a current deck, was left part were was not on contract to put raiser on steps, an agreement was to do our design, that was extra and with no charge, debris was not hauled off because of vehicles issues to"

He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Salvador communicated with me frequently and showed up to do the work on time. He and his partner completely repaired my issue and didn’t just patch it which I greatly appreciate. There was an issue that could not be seen from the outside. Once the damaged piece was removed he completely explained my options and what needed to be done. I highly recommend them and will hire them again.

Excellent craftsmanship. Beautiful job well done with good cleanup afterwards. Salvador and his entire group were very courteous and masters of their craft. I had 2 doors painted also and the job was well done by Andrew. Overall rating is 5 and they will be recommended to friends, neighbors and family. Thank you Angi for your recommendation.
