Called Colton on his cell phone 8 something tonight. He was super understanding and patient. He gave us a few pointers. We tried it out and 15 minutes later our water heater was up and running. We sincerely appreciate your help Colton.

They came very soon after calling them and did a very good job.

They were hours late. They left to go get a part less than a mile away and were gone for over an hour. They used our bath towels to clean up and left them and the painted doors filthy. The main worker was dipping tobacco in my house while working. The price of the job changed multiple times throughout the day, always increasing. Then, after we paid, he didn't have a business account to cash our check in and had to scramble to arrange another method of payment to make payroll.

Charged too much. Worked less than 2 hours and charged $350 for a 10 minute installation of a part plus $75 service charge. Will not use again!!!
