Sam Jawili - Unlicensed Contractor

sam did a good job he made sure everything was looking good he took is time to do it right we going to have him back for the next bathroom

If I had known Sam Jawili earlier! It seems that there are no too small or too big projects for him. He tries to do his best in explaining the problem and discusses what can be done. He is very polite and informs beforehand if he cannot come on the scheduled day/time. I think of other projects around my house I could ask Mr. Jawili to fix.

He let you know right away when there's a problem and I really like this

Very nice and hard working

Sam did skillful work in every area; from plumbing and electrical to building and installation of floors, cabinets etc. I haven't found anything that he isn't able to do. Sometimes projects proceed slowly as he works alone. I am very happy with his work.

MrJawaki was curteous and professional. I appreciated his work on our front door and caulking in front woodwork. I felt very comfortable abd appreciate the communication.

We had a Yardistry gazebo kit to install but since the wife and I are disable we couldn't do it so we picked Sam Jawili. He came by the house, listened to our wants and needs and added some good points of his own. He showed and explained all our options. It took him 3 days to complete the job by him self, we all highly recommended Sam Jawili.

Sam was a good listener and when I described the shelving I wanted he was conscientious in fulfilling my request. He cleaned the area completely when he was finished and in addition replaced a light bulb in a dark hallway that I couldn't get to by myself, and constructed a table.

The quality of the work is excellent and was done quickly and efficiently.

He came to do the work then stated he needed to get some parts. Took my parts with him and never came back nor did he call.

Not sure if his pricing was the best but I felt comfortable with him in my home and the quality of the work was good.

Samuel was very responsive as he was leaving one customer site to come to our home. He explained the process he was using and was very thorough. We highly recommend Samuel for his handyman services.

Sam cleaned up and repaired a skylight. He was timely and did a good job.

I'm not sure if I got the best price for the work I had done, but he did a good job on several small projects and I felt comfortable having him in my home. As a single mom with limitations on my own ability to fix things around the house, it's nice to have someone trustworthy.

Samuel was able to start the job quickly and finished the job in the time quoted.

Mr Jaweli was prompt, did a LOT of work for a great price and our broken tiles, bulging wall of an old house looks wonderful. He was very communicative, letting me know every step of the way what he was seeing and doing. He even went across the street when I was feeling ill to retrieve something that was possibly left on neighbors doorstep by mistake (it wasn't there, but he was so kind) His estimate was correct and he only needed $30 to pay for something unforeseen in the project.
