Customers Beware! We scheduled an appointment for a maintenance contract over 10 days in advance. My husband left work early as we were booked for an appointment between 3-5pm. While I was as work I received a call from the tech Jeff at 4:30pm to let me know he was running late but would be on site between 5:30-6pm. At 5:30pm I had a missed call from a private number while I was running errands however no message was left. I was home by 5:45 pm ; they never showed up and didn't promptly reschedule. Even the owner Steve Morroun was unprofessional in resolving. STAY AWAY!

Steve called back early, was polite and helpful. He solved our boiler problem quickly and professionally. We were very low on oil, so he even had some extra kerosene to tide us over until we got a oil delivery. We would use him again; his prices were fair and he accepted credit cards.

Steven was quick to set up an appointment, investigated the proper parts we would need, gave us a terrific price compared to 3 other companies, and did the job efficiently. We would definitely recommend.

Called with an emergency heating issue for out-of-town property (I live in PA). Steve returned my call almost immediately and was at the house within 30 minutes of that discussion. Quality of the work was excellent, Steve gave lots of good feedback and suggestions, and was in touch with me throughout the process. Price was a bit on the high side but it was a night time emergency. Will be using this co from now on. Highly recommended.

Install Buderus Boiler and Water Heater and re-piping. My applauds and many thanks to entire Sam Mechanical crew and Steve personally. My boiler room was a mess and Steve converted it into my favored place in the house, so I can show this master peace to my guests. You responded Immediately following my request for central A/C repair and freon charge. You arrived with an assistant aprox an hour later, did a tune up and defrosted the attic equipment that had frozen solid., etc. There was no waste of time ,,and you worked 1 1/2 hrs, explaining what was necessary as you continued the job. Courteous, competent, professional service.
