Bathroom Remodel
Sam has since completely remodeled a second house for us: gutted a room, replaced lighting, renovated a bathroom, drywalled, did plumbing & electric, etc. Very pleased with his work & communication & honesty; highly recommend! UPDATE: Work done on a third house to prepare for a sale was done well and very quickly!

Sam did terrific work and is a great communicator. He stuck to his bid price and updated it in a timely manner every time we added more work on. Sam remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen plus replacing doors and lights throughout the house. He also replaced outlets and a breaker box, worked on exterior railings, and added a bathroom vent. The house looks brand new after his work! I have already recommended him to another investor and friends and highly recommend his work to you as well.

Very quick response and execution. I put the bid in Friday at 4pm hoping for a reply on Monday and Sam agreed to review photos Saturday and offered a deal for Sunday - which was great because time was critical for my small project of two trees. Very professional, great communication, worth the price!
