We had a washing machine repair. The washer stopped working. The technician came out diagnosed the issue, told us what he needed to do to repair washing machine. The technician was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. When he finished he ran the unit through a complete cycle to make sure his repair was complete. I would recommend Sam Oak plumbing. I would definitely call them again if I needed.

One of the most unprofessional service technicians i've ever had to deal with, they lie about systems repairs that you need just to scam the warranty company. And left messes behind for you to clean.

Yes we did hire him he asked for 4k in advance before the job was even looked at . He stated he had a crew an backhoe which in tails he never did did . He brought backhoe an he did it alone . In the process he made it worse not knowing what he was doing a directing my husband what to do . He absolutely had no idea , he never finished the job an made it worse as it is which we had to hire another plumber to finish. Which due to his negligence took us about a week . This man had no idea what he was doing . He lied , he took money never finished a job . Our water pipes froze and broke an he had no clue what so ever . He always asks for money up front before even ending up at the peoples homes . His communication sucks as well . I?d be very cautious of someone like this . In the state often an Va it is a felony for any contractor to take money a not finish the job . DO NOT USE THIS GUY !!!!!

Called in the morning and the tech was there by 2 pm. Diagnosed the issue and had a new faucet acquired and installed by 3:30 pm. Everything tested OK and I was happy with both the work and the price. I talked to Sam Oak company owner and he told me they try to be fair. Lots of plumbing companies are charging over $1000 for jobs like these, it's difficult to find anyone honest these days. I paid $340 and am pleased with the work and the timeframe. I have no hesitation recommending Sam Oak plumbing.

So i initially called sam about the issue in my toilet explained the situation that our toilet wasnt flushing and that it was also over flowing. This was on Sunday , he had a man come out on monday after 4 , we had also referred him previously to other renters here in the park . The man showed up and he snaked the tank only was here for a few hours nothing was solved. then charfed us 200$ for it which we had no idea the amount wasnt told up front or anything . we told him we would pay him tuesday after our check would hit. this man called me 12x an my fiance back to back as i was at work. sent me text messages stating that he would charge a fee for it if it wasnt paid , we were gonna pay it i asked him nicely please wait after work an we will pay. he continued to harass me . then i called my mother who is greek an doesnt really speak english an she paid it while i was at work. the job wasnt done nor fixed an he got paid for nothing!! this man is a crook

Sam is extremely rude. He was dispatched through a home warranty company. He collected a $65 service call fee and then wanted me to order my own parts. When I questioned this he became very rude and ultimately hung up on me. I recommend spending your money on someone nicer and more reliable.

Sam replaced my old kitchen faucet with a new one. He did the job quickly even though the old faucet was stuck from being in there for over 12 years.
