I have used Samal twice to repair my washing machine and just recently, my dryer. Our appliances were old and they did all they could diagnostically on our washer but it was beyond repair. They spent a couple of hours trying to get to the bottom of it and make the repair but it ended up being beyond repair. They could have charged me much more but just charged for the initial call. We ended up replacing the washer but were so thankful for the care taken on the diagnostics. When our dryer stopped heating properly, I called Samal again and they discovered the problem quickly, had the part on hand, and even vacuumed out and cleared a ton of lint from the inside of the dryer. Now the dryer (which is quite old) works like new. Samal is always respectful, always keeps you informed about what the problem is and what the costs will be (which are always reasonable). I will continue to use them as my go-to for any appliance repairs in the future. Great experience.
