Only negative, running very late for a first morning scheduled appointment My subsequent experience with this contractor has been very frustrating due to lack of being able to reach him, missed appointments and lack of communication.

Outstanding same day, prompt service and I live in the High Desert. If I had to stretch for a complaint it would be having to pay $195 each to repair a broken spring that took him all of five minutes.

The labor was a little high. I was told there is a life time warranty if anything happened I would just pay the labor which was told would be $150. The replacement cost me $165.00. I found the same springs online and at lowes ranging between $18-$38. So I really didn't understand the pricing.

Terrible attitude. They're assigned a certain number of jobs per day and outs was taking too long so he didn't finish. We had to hire a handyman who was cheaper and did better work to finish the job.
