The estimator did not diagnose the issue correctly. He advised that the repair would require repair to a hard-wired device in the wall that justified the cost of labor. Turns out, all that was required was the removal of an outlet plate and plugging in a new transformer device. The job took 20 minutes. The installer offered me a $25 discount on a $276 charge. I have left several messages for the service manager to discuss the charges. I have had NO response. My first call to them was one week ago today. I would never recommend working with this firm.

We had work performed twice by Same Day Electric and both times they were very professional and did a great job. Nate and Josh were the last two who worked on putting a plug in for our 5th wheel and they did awesome. The first time we worked with them I believe one of the gentlemen s name was Mark and he came to work on our breakers, again very professional and awesome work. We would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Chris D and Kyle F were fantastic!! They were professional, friendly, understanding, efficient, and informative!! They took care of each of my projects with super expediency—installation of a patio lighted fan, removed and replaced outdoor lighting, installed new lighting, repaired landscaping lighting, and more. I couldn’t be more pleased!!!
