The plumber was great, he arrived when promised. Great customer service skills. I probably would have shopped around for possibly a better rate, but it was an emergency and that was not an option. I would recommend his services.

I had never had a plumber like John Crum, he explain to me before what he was going to do and the price then when he began to do the work he was very careful not to make a mess as he worked . he explain to me each step he took in fixing the problem, he let me see for my self what was happening, after he fixed the problem he showed me what caused the problem and show me how to keep it from happening again. I enjoyed having John in my house fixing my plumbing problem. He is pleasant to be around. He has great people skills I could say more but I will stop. I believed that God have blessed him and it show in his work and people skills
