Came and fixed damaged soffit and cedar siding. Was on time, pricing was fair.

I had a small repair that needed to be done on my roof. A single shingle had slipped out of place, causing a leak into my attic. Instead of making me wait for several days to get the work done, the tech fixed the problem right then and for a very reasonable price. He was professional, friendly, and did a quality repair. I definitely will be calling Same Day for any future roofing issues.

Responded immediately. Will not hire again because the shingles that were replaced are of a different color. I thought they had blown off again. My roof looks terrible with different colors.

Solid work. Had a little trouble communicating exactly how I wanted the project done, but in the end I think we got it right. No complaints.

They are very reasonable, timely and professional.

They were prompt and worked quickly. The only way I will know if the work is good is if I do not have any more leaks. Can not comment on that yet because I will not go on the roof to check, and I would not know what to check for. I just had some final questions and I have not been contacted yet. 2/17/2020 --I noticed in January that it had begun to leak again, - It might have started in December but I was not home for the month of December. I have contacted the company by email twice, and most recently today for the third time, and have not gotten a response. 2/23/2020 - I found out that when you email the Pro through HomeAdvisor, they do not get a notice. They would have to check the HomeAdvisor site for emails; therefore, they did not know I was trying to reach them. As soon as they were aware they called and came out to look at the leak. It was on a day it was raining and there was no water streaming the walls where the stain was. The wall and ceiling were dry. Although they proved it was not a leak from their work, they came back out anyway on 2/22/2020 to reinforce and patch a larger section to ensure that no water was getting through around where the water stain was on the inside. No extra charge. After getting someone else to look at the stain, I learned that the previous water stain from the original leak was bleeding back through the paint. Now, I have a call in to the painters to come back to redo their work. I have re-rated the company and would refer them. There was no water leak after their work and it is an interior painting issue.
