The technician was awful. No idea what he was doing or how to trouble shoot the issue with my appliance. He collected the $65 service call and left. He went on to tell me it could be this or could be that. He suggested I buy the parts and do it myself. DO NOT USE THIS Company. Awful experience

I needed to have a washing machine repaired and they sent someone who knew less than I did from my research on the internet. Couldn't diagnosis the problem, suggested a replacement of a part for $320. I paid the $65 trip fee and bought a new washing machine instead. I subsequently found the part for on the internet and could have done the job myself in 10 minutes for $130. Still not sure that was the real problem, but feel a little like I was getting scammed.

Professional, did an awesome job. It was a wall oven installation and he had to do some basic carpentry work to make it fit and he did all the work, clean up and it looks and works GREAT.

I would just say this. When you troubleshoot some ones repair problem it should not be a parts replacement type thing and charge it to the customer, that is NOT how you troubleshoot a problem. They did a good job getting everything done but come to find out it was way too expensive and have found out I could have gotten this job done a lot cheaper then what I paid. I will not use these folks again.

Could not simply unhook an old gas oven and connect a new one. Blamed insufficient help, etc and finally gave up. Called a competitor who actually finished the job.

They would NOt accept my $10 off coupon, my intermittent microwave BOILED the water, but I was charged the FULL $65 and they refused the $10 coupon, it was a VERY expensive test! :( I live off of disability, the least they could have done was reduce their fee by $10 (for coming over to simply boil water!)

Waste of money...I learned more from the internet. The tech began by heating up water(which should have told him everything he needed to know since it takes 6-10 minutes to boil water). He never took off the front panel of the microwave or did any element testing, etc...kept asking to see the instruction manual. Its a 3 thousand dollar microwave, so one would think they could have done their research prior arriving. He sure was fast in writing out that 85 buck receipt though. Final result..."Ma'am, things just don't work as well as they do when they are new."

Very professional and on time. The repair man told me everything that was wrong with my system and explain to me what he was doing before he did anything. After the repair was over they called back to see if everything was working fine and if I had any problems to give them a call back.

The installer and office got mixed up on phone numbers so I left my office to meet them at 1:30 and they went to another house, and got to my place at 5. So I wasted four hours of vacation time. That said, the installer was efficient and courteous when he did show up, and replaced the disposal with a better, higher cost unit than I was quoted. So I give them a 4 overall and would hire them again.
