The gentleman who came out for the service call could not have been nicer!! He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, helpful, courteous, respectful and patient. Tom came out to check our well. He determined that it was still in good enough condition that we should wait awhile before replacing it. He gave us a cost estimate for the work and said to just give him a call when needed. He was very prompt, professional and we felt, fair & honest. When the pump does go out, we will call him for the repair.

Did not carry the correct part, but ordered parts and returned promptly to replaced the worn leathers. Well pump working fine now.
