All i needed was a roof inspection and Sampson went out of his way to meet our deadlines, communicate regularly with us, and follow up after the inspections to ensure that we understood what he had reported and why. The experience was awesome and I will definitely be using him again!

Job was completed but paperwork has never been received even though I paid the $100 fee right when the inspection was finished and have asked several times for the paperwork since then. Now the contractor is not returning my calls or text messages.

Very trustworthy! Able to respond to my request for quick turnaround. Offered to fix one minor issue for just the cost of a can of caulking.! Really good experience and he was so so so polite.

Outstanding experience! Excellent customer service. Provided a quick estimate and was able to schedule my roof upgrades quickly. I reached out to Samsung requesting a very last minute inspection. Samsung was more than willing to meet my needs they were polite professional and honest. I was very impressed with the time he spent inspecting our roof. I will very likely do business in the near future with them

Traditional Tile Roofing Installation and Replacement
Best customer service and very professional.. After searching and searching for the right company. Was on time and very knowledgeable about all roof and tile issues. Did an amazing job installing tile roof on my home. Was very impressed on the outcome and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely would recommend this company to everyone and would use this company again.
