Absolute scammers, overcharge people and don't do it properly first time around. Do not Recommend them. Stay away please

From start to finish, we found Sam's Air Control company to be fair, professional and easy to communicate with. Other companies were more expensive and would not be able to complete the work in a timely manner. Thank you Sam for your helpful and fair business practices.

I was very happy with the service was able to schedule same day service on short notice. The tech. Alex came on time and fixed the heating problem in a timely fashion. Especially on a cold day. My tenant was happy, which made me happy. Thank you for the great service.

the only negative was that the technician really did not want me to pay by credit card.

I was extremely impressed at how prompt they were and how they were able to schedule me in last minute. I thought my HVAC system had a glitch but it turns out one of the electricians that were doing work around the house turned it off. The two technicians came out and were very friendly, but I still had to pay the $75 for them to turn on the furnace -- which made me feel completely embarrassed. I wish they would've just waived the $75 or at least giving me a discount, but overall I do appreciate that they came out last minute.

They were great! When I talked with them,they were at the ready to get to me within an hour. On a Sunday!!! They fixed my problem and I was in cool air within a few hours. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Did repair on a rainy Sunday Memorial Day weekend when the rain stopped. No siurcharge and everything was explained on part that went bad and how to clean unit.

They were very professional on the phone and showed up when they said they would.

Didn't know anything. Misdiagnosed the problem. Told me that I needed a new furnace for $2700, while it turned out it just needed a cleaning of the blower. Edit to the review: the owner did call me a few weeks later and apologized for the mistake and refunded the money I'd paid for the the guy to come out and diagnose the problem.

Sams sent a technician out at 8:00 at night so I would have heat overnight. They came back the next day in the early morning to replace a part. Great service, excellent customer relations. Reasonable pricing for emergency service.

Professional, came on time, diagnosed quickly, the cost was a little high. But for the cold day it was, it was reasonable.

A tech came out on a Saturday in the middle of a snowstorm and was able to get my heat back on. Unfortunately I need a new heater and have no qualms about letting this company do the work. The gentleman was efficient and polite and even helped me with my electric that also went out around the same time. I highly recommend this company.

Alik was the the tech who came to my place to fix the thermo couple. Very kind and humble. He came in even it was late night. He does the job well. Since it is a family business, he took good care of the job. I can recommend this company to friends and family
