We had a water leak in our basement ceiling and after tearing out wet drywall I need the big gaping hole repaired. I was concerned and dreading the repair as I was worried about dust and fumes as an allergenic family. However, Sam brought equipment to create abarrier chamber so that no dust or fumes could escape. He was punctual, did an amazing repair job and very affordable. He will be in my Rolodex in future should I need his services . A very satisfied customer😊

"I don't normally comment on my reviews but in this case I think I should. Not really sure why this is not a 5 star rating, this individual contacted me because nobody else would come out and even try to repair his drywall, I went out on my night off and looked at the job and scheduled it with him to do the very next Saturday which I did and showed up on time, so this makes me wonder why I received 4.5 on my customer service. And as for the value I don't know how he could have got a better value for his money unless I did it for free , the materials i used were expensive and I repaired three of his corners approximately 24 lineal feet of 45 degree corners which requires special materials which I bought to ensure that he got the best repair possible, not to mention driving 30 miles round trip 2x and only charged him $250 so I don't know how he could have got a better value for his money some people just never cease to amaze me."

Sam was on time, neat and courteous, and his repairs are perfect. We can't tell that there was ever anything wrong with the walls or ceiling. His pricing also seemed very reasonable considering all of the equipment needed to reach and repair the damaged spots. If needed, we will definitely use Sam's Drywall again and I would highly recommend him to anyone else that needs this service.
