I hired them to come back periodically during the year on an automatic basis due to their professionalism, respectfulness, knowledge, customer service, politeness of representative who showed at my house, and many other things. I called four numbers to repair our furnace and got a busy signal, a message, or detailed automated instructions. When I called Samâ  s I got a real person who was happy to talk with me. The technician Randy was at our home in less than an hour and a half and did a detailed diagnosis of the problems that we were having. He was pleasant and professional and even made sure that he didnâ  t get any water on my floor because his boots were covered with snow. He was honest and didnâ  t try to take advantage of us. This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair in our home where we have lived for 30 years.

I am very pleased with the Armstrong furnace that Zachary and Dave installed today. Both of them are excellent workers, working as a team to remove a very old furnace in a crawlspace and install the new one. Both of them are very customer-oriented and take pride in their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

SAMS diligent staff saved our lives. Literally. Maddie in scheduling was persistent in making sure our annual furnace cleaning and service occurred. Jeremy came out to service our furnace. He found a large crack in the furnace and as required and because he is a professional service technician shut it down. His action and the fact he was there the day before a cold front moved through our area prevented us from starting up the furnace for the first time this season. We would have gone to bed and probably never woke up. Thanks Sam for building a fabulous company and very dedicated employees! Also would like to acknowledge Sam, Jimmy, R.J. and Zachary who spent a long day replacing our furnace Remember to check your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms on a regular basis.
