Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I am ALWAYS hesitant about starting a new house-repair project. As they didn't have any customer reviews at the time our project was to begin, I asked for references. I recv'd from Phillip 2 residential & 1 commercial reference. The 2 residential refs. came thru w/ beaming reviews. We priced out Sam's YR & two other contractors. Sam's was very competitive w/ pricing, & Phillip (our contact) showed such extensive, detail-oriented knowledge, & professionalism that we went w/ Sam's. They finished @ the price quoted, a little after the time quoted (but due to rain, as they worked hard, even wknds), & did quality work. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
